Loose Leaf Chamomile Tea — Matricaria chamomilla

Our loose leaf chamomile tea is made from whole dried Matricaria chamomilla flowers — the gold standard for medicinal chamomile. The whole flower format preserves the full volatile aromatic profile, including chamazulene (responsible for the characteristic blue tint in distilled chamomile oil) and apigenin, the primary anxiolytic compound responsible for chamomile's calming effects.

Brewing Guide

Use 1–2 teaspoons per 8oz (240ml) of water heated to 85–90°C (185–195°F). Steep covered for 5–10 minutes — covering retains volatile aromatic compounds. Strain and drink. For a stronger medicinal infusion, use 2 teaspoons and steep for 10–15 minutes.
